I am a mum of two, from Salisbury. I have struggled most of my adult life with my weight and fitness.
When my youngest daughter started preschool I realised that I had run out of excuses, and had time to do something about it. I joined a local gym. (Gymies in Salisbury, Wiltshire - see link above).
My target was to lose 3 stone and to gain some much needed self-confidence.
After 6 months of combining regular exercise with a healthy diet, I had reached my goals.
In the Summer of 2012, I took my Level 2 Gym Instructors course. I have since completed a Level 3 Personal Training and am enjoying the enhanced knowledge that this brings.
I am now able to provide individual advice and guidance to help you meet your nutrition and weight loss goals.
During my training, I have been lucky enough to meet some very motivated and enthusiastic ladies.
